I took a GOOD look at many companies and had to think about it before I decided. First, I am a huge believer in finding the right company for you. If that is CM and you would like to join my team, then great! If that is another company, then GREAT! I am not here to simply say join CM...I am saying it was right for me. So, here is what I found fit in my life perfectly...a little story.
Each year, he and the "guys" from our families gathered in Northern Michigan for a weekend full of woods, grub, man talk and without any girls. My dad and Uncle Al hosted the next two generations each time at Uncle Al's place...Fun for them! There were lots of photos taken during those ten years together and even some fun video too.
Last year my dear Uncle Al passed away after a courageous fight with bone cancer. He was always smiling and was the most loving Uncle. We miss him so much. This past fall, one of the families took those photo memories and put their own words with them, creating a storybook to remember those great times. There were wonderful photos of the guys, including a lot of Uncle Al. Each family received a storybook of those time in Michigan, and my Mother was so amazed she ordered one for each of the kids families. My Mother was really in awe of the storybook idea and is actually going to help me with a new storybook...one of her and my Fathers life together.
These stories need to be told, need to be shared and remembered. Creative Memories has the programs that work for me as a business, and the support along with the company mission really give my business heart. Put that together with a great success plan, amazing products, and a rewards/incentive program that rocks? It has it all for me. Oh, and I get paid to do this too??? Oh yeah, its where I want to be.
